The Mirror report Spurs are preparing to offer Sturridge a two-year deal to stay in the Premier League, with the player also linked with a move to MLS club New York City.Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to bring in cover and competition for Harry Kane, whose current understudy Fernando Llorente, is also out of contract at the end of the season.
