And, according to Sports Illustrated, space will be made for Werner by the departures of Sturridge and Origi – two forwards who have been awarded little playing time this season.Origi, the Belgium international, has less than 180 minutes of football to his name in 2018/19, but he did remind Klopp of his talents earlier this month by scoring the latest of winning goals in the Merseyside derby.Sturridge has fared slightly better, with almost 500 minutes of professional football played this term, but only two of his Premier League appearances have been from the start and the England man is clearly regarded as dispensable by Klopp. Besiktas have been linked with swooping for Origi, while Sturridge is sure to have no shortage of admirers after proving his quality again this season after a couple of years of some serious struggles.Bayern Munich are also believed to be looking at Werner, who has previously spoken of his desire of playing in the Premier League.
